WHow, so tired ! went joggin (mostly walkin) wit nigel and mayo at da bedok reservoir..super tired.. den went bladin.. arggg....
it shld do me good !! keke.. nt been excercisin for so long.. haaa, its tym to wrk sum fats haaa gaaaa haaa gaaaa.
Mmm, feels abit lik empty haiz.. alot of dings gone liao... haiz.. aniwae its great to noe dat der are pple standin by me.. thxx so much.. well well well. i'm fatigued.. sign off ciao~
